## Questions

**Is there a paperback?**

Not yet, and there is no date. Every book exists as an EPUB and as an audiobook, each with its own ISBN, and that is what this shop sells today. The print files and the paperback ISBNs do not exist yet. When they do, the paperback appears on every page here by itself, because the site reads which formats exist rather than being told which to advertise — and buying the complete set in print brings every ebook and audiobook with it. The printer is chosen and the job is already quoted: 6 × 9 in · perfect bound. Printed in the United States when you order it, then shipped tracked. 13 to 18 working days (10 printing, then USPS in transit).

**How is a download delivered?**

Instant. The download link is on the receipt and does not expire. The EPUB has no DRM: it opens in Apple Books, Kobo, Calibre, Google Play Books and anything else that reads EPUB 3, and it is yours to keep and move between devices. The audiobook is plain MP3.

**Why does the price fall when I buy more?**

Because a set is one transaction and one delivery whatever it holds, and because a shelf is worth more to you than a book. The ladder is on the sets page and the same numbers drive the cart.

**Can I have a refund?**

Yes. A download cannot be returned, so if a book is not what you expected, write to hello@greenlight-publishing.com within 30 days and it is refunded. No form and no reason required. That is a policy this shop can keep, unlike a promise about a parcel.

**Is the audiobook runtime accurate?**

It is a measurement, not an estimate. Every runtime and track count on this site was read off the finished masters rather than worked out from a word count, and each book page says the date it was measured.
